For these candies, I made the recipe as directed then chilled in the fridge overnight. When I tasted the candies, they were very sweet (as many reviews said they would be), so I cut them into small pieces then coated with chocolate. I then put some leftover coconut on the tops before the chocolate cooled all the way in order to note them differently from all the other truffles I made that day. Put them in a holiday tin and I have a great gift! (these tasted like mounds candies - just a little sweeter)
