For this recipe I made the truffles exactly as directed, rolled into balls, chilled overnight, then coated with melted chocolate. Instead of using chocolate chips I used Wilton's chocolate and it came out nice and shiny and pretty. When I have used regular chocolate chips in the past I've had a problem with oxidizing so now I always use Wilton's. Then I just put them in seasonal cups and in gift boxes for my holiday gifts, what a breeze!
