My favorite things to cook
I am strictly a baker and chocolate maker. I love to bake cakes and decorate them. I also love to make treats for my office co-workers and my friends and family.
My cooking triumphs
I made a two tier fondant covered chocolate cake filled with chocolate ganache for my parent's 25th wedding anniversary this summer. It was a total hit and after struggling all day with the heat and baking at altitude, I was proud of myself for making it happen.
