Fluffy Peanut Butter Frosting

Reviewed: May 11, 2011
WOW, this was amazing! I was honestly a little hesitant of making/eating peanut butter frosting, I thought it would be incredibly sweet. But this was so smooth and creamy with the right amount of sweetness! I can't wait to make it again!! Followed recipe as written! Just make sure you beat every step for about 3 minutes.

Stuffed Peppers

Reviewed: Mar. 24, 2011
A huge hit for dinner! Made with brown rice instead of white and topped with mozzarella cheese during the last few minutes of baking! I baked peppers in the oven raw and came out PERFECT! Baked for about 40 minutes.

Quick Chicken Divan

Reviewed: Sep. 27, 2010
I made some changes, I used 1 can of cream of mushroom soup and 1can of cheddar broccoli, substituted milk instead of the mayo and doubled the lemon juice. I topped with breadcrumbs and served over egg noodles! Delicous! Will add seasonings next time and mushrooms. Very quick and easy!

Chicken With Mushrooms

Reviewed: Aug. 6, 2010
This was delicious!! I added rosemary into my seasoned bread crumbs. I also followed the other reviews by adding 1 can of cream of mushroom soup. The chicken broth did make the bottom of the chicken a little soggy. Maybe next time I will add 1/2 cream of chicken soup and 1/2 of cream of mushroom. I sauteed the mushrooms with chopped onions. Served over egg noodles. This recipe is a keeper!

An excellent sugar cookie recipe! They taste like those delicious cookies they give for samples at your local food stores bakery! I substituted 1 tsp baking power and 3/4 tsp baking soda (and omit the other called for.) I made some plain and rolled some of the cookies dough balls in cinnamon sugar! DELICOUS both ways!!

This was a very easy and delicous recipe. I followed the recipe as directed except I only add 2 Cups of sharp cheddar cheese. I added canned mushrooms which gave it a good flavor. I also sliced up tomatoes and put that on top. Baked it at 350 for 35 minutes. Will def make again!

Heavenly Chocolate Mousse

Reviewed: May 10, 2009
All I can say is WOW! I am not a fan of semi sweet so I used Lindts milk chocolate bar. Other than that I followed the recipe exactly. It did take me about 10-15 minutes for the mixture to reach 160. Came out delicious. Served with sweetened whipped cream from this site. And topped with a chocolate covered strawberry! It is so rich and delicious!

Old Fashioned Potato Salad

Reviewed: May 10, 2009
THIS IS THE BEST! This recipe is a keeper and will use this for potato salad from now on. I did change it up a bit. I doubled the recipe. I used about 10 red potatoes (cut them in half and cooked for about 25-30 minutes)6 eggs, 1 1/4 cups of celery, 1 cup onion, about 2 dill pickles (chopped up. Next time will prob use 3 or 4.) 1 1/2 cups of mayo, 1 heaping tablespoon miracle whip, 2 tablespoon mustard, and kept the seasonings the same. I can't wait to make it for the next bbq!

Super Bowl Bites

Reviewed: Mar. 30, 2009
Wow these taste just like White Castle! I did change it up a bit. I first browned the ground beef on a skillet. While the meat was browning I added 1 tablespoon of mayo, 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce,a little bit of dried minced onion, and some handfuls of shredded cheddar cheese. I then baked them in the oven for about 10 minutes and put more cheese on the rolls. Woah! They were amazing!!!I think next time I will caramelize some onions to put on the burgers!

Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff I

Reviewed: Mar. 21, 2009
This was the best beef stroganoff I've ever had! I used 2 pounds of chuck roast and cut it myself. I used 3/4 cup of onions. I didn't have golden mushroom soup, so I used two cans of cream of mushroom(it was still delicious!) I did use the same amount of water and Worcestershire sauce that the recipe calls for. I also used 2 ounces of cream cheese and about half of a small container of sour cream. I cooked it on high for 1 hour and low for a little less than 4 hours. It was SO SO SO yummy! I cannot wait to make this again! The whole family loved it!
