Michael's Foccacia Bread

We make this recipe all the time but we reduce the amount of salt by almost half and occasionally mix up the toppings. It is one of my favorite recipes from this site.

Bermuda Spinach Salad

This was really good. When I first tasted the dressing, I thought the onion was a little over powering but once it was tossed with the salad it was much more balanced. I'll be making this again.

Black Bean Tart

I thought this cake was delicious. I made it for my Mother's birthday and she loved it. I reduced the amount of oil as others suggested and it was still very moist. My husband doesn't like coconut at all, but he liked it in this cake.

White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies III

This cookie is very good. Like other reviewers, I cut the almond extract in half and added more vanilla extract. I may add a little more sugar next time. Will definitely make this cookie again.

Mom's Zucchini Bread

This is really good. I think some viewers suggestions of nutmeg or pumpkin spice would have made it better. I will definitely make this again. I think my husband would have given it five stars. Thanks for this recipe.
