Fudge Truffle Cheesecake
Amazing cheesecake. I've been tried cheesecake a few times and this is the first one to come out amazing! Delish!

Jay's Signature Pizza Crust
I gave this 5 stars, but I made pizza rolls out of it. We've recently moved to the UK and have had a hard time finding good pizza, and our hometown makes amazing pizza rolls. I rolled out the dough, put in fillings and fried them up. There's a reason we call them "fat bags", but so so so good if you want to be so so so bad.

Cream Puffs
Turned out very well. Definitely make sure to allow them to bake completely. My first batch in the oven didn't get to go long enough and fell like others are complaining about. Second batch...perfect. I also used the Pro Ganache and the vanilla pudding (mixed with homemade whipped cream) recipes from this site for a filling and chocolate topping. Yum.
