This was delicious. It sounds like a blah...whatever recipe, but I strongly suggest trying! You will be surprized! I did use dried bread cubes and really liked the extra crunch.

Super simple and light supper. I prefer the bigger scallops as they aren't as "watery". Ingredients and cook time are perfect!!

Kaese Spaetzle

Reviewed: Oct. 24, 2009
Good! I used a colinder to press put the noodles. What a mess! Next time i will try the baggie idea. Thought it tasted wonderful and am putting it in my rotation! **EDIT. after this sets for 30 min, I pour into a ziplock bag, cut the corner and squeeze into the boiling water. SUPER easy clean up that way. **

I love this recipe. Something you can make a few days ahead of time when you know you have a busy week, and then just pop it in the oven! My husband likes it when I kick it up with ceyenne.

Carrot Cake III

Reviewed: Sep. 30, 2010
After reading reviews about this cake "falling" I descided to give it a try and it turned out FABULOUS! I followed the directions to a T and everyone is raving about it. The only problem I had was it made too much frosting, but that just means I will make another one! The recipe stated to use a 9x13 pan which I did, but I am thinking that if you make 2 rounds and then assemble the frosting would be a perfect amount.
