Braised Balsamic Chicken

Very good, my tomatoes did make it a little too watery, so next time I will drain them better. Served with cheese ravioli. I also threw everything in the crockpot and turned on low for the day. Worked very well!

Fresh Asparagus and Chicken Casserole

Reviewed: Mar. 22, 2010
I found this absolutely flavorless. In the end I had to add a can of cream of mushroom soup to save this. Will not make again.

Very "fresh" and good change of pace, but the parmasan tilapia is still my favorite recipe.

Sauce was pretty bland as written, I added garlic and onion and still didn't think the flavor was all there.

Crab and Shrimp Delight

Reviewed: Feb. 4, 2010
My husband gives 4 stars, but I give 3. I did cook the pasta half way before adding and then followed the rest of the recipe to a T. It is a very good base recipe, but once on my plate I did sprinkle on some ceyenne pepper to kick it up. I will keep in my rotation. Just a note, I didn't get the mayo taste that everyone else was talking about, but see no problem in decreasing it if you don't like mayo...

YUM!! I toasted a french loaf and ate that way, but I bet served with Triscuits would be great also. No changes!

Very good and simple to make. I did use 12oz bowtie pasta and soaked my sun-dried tomatoes in the olive oil (i did use a splash more oil just to submerge my tomatoes) Putting into my supper rotation!

Fudge Puddles

Reviewed: Oct. 28, 2009
WOW! Fudgey! These taste like the cookies that you put the chocolate star in the middle of. I thought it was a little to much chocolate, but my husband liked. To remedy this, next time i won't make as big of a indent to pour the chocolate into. These will be very nice to put on candy trays and Christmas; it looks like you fussed over them, but actually this recipe is very easy to do. Recommended!

Kaese Spaetzle

Reviewed: Oct. 24, 2009
Good! I used a colinder to press put the noodles. What a mess! Next time i will try the baggie idea. Thought it tasted wonderful and am putting it in my rotation! **EDIT. after this sets for 30 min, I pour into a ziplock bag, cut the corner and squeeze into the boiling water. SUPER easy clean up that way. **
