Tomato-Cream Sauce for Pasta

Roasted Garlic Cauliflower

Excellent! My husband who hates vegetables went back for seconds! I made again with cauliflower and brocolli and loved it. Great way to get people who don't like vegetable to eat them.

Spinach Tomato Tortellini

This was pretty bland, kind of a waste of expensive torellini. Maybe someone else knows how to expand on it. Good base.

Antipasto Squares

This tastes exactly like my Grandmothers double broiler method. I used skim milk (Grammy swears to use nothing less than 2%) and it turned out just fine. I do like my rice pudding cold, and after cooling it is no longer creamy. So I made a second time and reduced to 1 cup cooked rice and the rice still sucked up all the liquid. I will just keep reducing the rice until I get the consistancy that I like. Thank you very much for this recipe. It is excellent.

This pie is HEAVEN. I use the same recipe, but put in 9x13 pan. No adjustments needed, just a thinner crust

Breakfast Pies

YUM! These are so simple and tasty. I make ahead of time and just throw in the microwave to reheat. GREAT for busy weekday mornings. You can change up the ingredients so that you never get sick of the same old same old.

King Ranch Chicken Casserole I

This was good. I had never had anything like it before, but it was very quick and easy to throw together. Both my husband and I liked it right out of the oven when the chips were crispy. The next day they were soggy, but we used doritos, so they did add alot of flavor.

Garlic Chicken

Carrot Cake III

After reading reviews about this cake "falling" I descided to give it a try and it turned out FABULOUS! I followed the directions to a T and everyone is raving about it. The only problem I had was it made too much frosting, but that just means I will make another one! The recipe stated to use a 9x13 pan which I did, but I am thinking that if you make 2 rounds and then assemble the frosting would be a perfect amount.
