This is a great way to spruce up plain old peas. I like to add a couple of teaspoons of dried mint and a bit of black pepper, and I usually substitute soy milk for the cream. So simple and delicious - especially with salmon!

Mayonnaise Biscuits

I make these regularly. They are so easy and you can play with the recipe. I usually add 2 tsp of thyme and about 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar. Delicious!

My Grandmother's Best Berry Pie

I have a terrible fear of pastry making - this pie was soo easy and delicious. I used strawberries and blackberries, and added a bit (2-3 tbsp) of balsamic reduction. It was to die for. Thank you!

Basic Pizza Crust

Simple and delicious. I've never made pizza crust before (I avoid making dough at all cost) and this recipe was a perfect intro. I used whole wheat flour, and changed nothing else at all. Thanks for the recipe!

Amish Cake

This cake came out beautifully - even though I had no eggs, I added 4tbsp butter and 1/4 c. milk instead. I had no trouble with the cake not rising. It was fluffly and moist. Thanks!

Lebanese Chicken and Potatoes

Tomato Basil Salmon

Delicious! I added 3 cloves of minced garlic - just sprinkled over the top of the salmon. Lovely presentation as well. Looked almost too pretty to eat!

Honey Mustard Carrots

Tasted as delicious as it smelled on the stove! A very savory and aromatic side dish. I paired it with mild flavours - steak and corn on the cob. Perfect! (And the leftover sauce was soooo good on the corn...)

Bou's Chicken

This was delicious and simple to make. I added half a small diced onion just before the sauce mixture came to a boil. I also threw in a small can (drained) of pineapple chunks and about 3/4 cup of frozen peas. A bit of cornstarch to thicken at the end and I had a fabulous sweet and sour chicken dish! Everyone cleaned their plates. Awesome recipe!
