Husband's Delight

Reviewed: Sep. 28, 2004
Very tasty indeed! Hubby loved the heck out of this and the kids liked it b/c of the sweetness. Definite keeper, going to look into making it a bit more healthy, however!

Baked Ziti I

Reviewed: Sep. 20, 2004
This was AMAZING! The only change I made was to use sliced Mozzarella instead of shredded b/c I thought I would be easier to spread the sour cream over that. It turned out perfectly!

Quiche Lorraine I

Wonderful, simple quiche recipie. Rich enough to satisfy my "meat and potatoes" husband! I used a mix for my pie crust, half and half for the cream shredded my own swiss cheese and it turned out wonderfully!

Beef and Pepper Pie

Reviewed: Sep. 30, 2003
Absolutely wonderful, but I had to change it a bit after reading the reviews. I used fresh red pepper, and used about 3/4 cup of the cheese. Turned out beautifully!

Slow Cooker Baked Beans

Reviewed: Sep. 30, 2003
This recipe was absolutely simple and it was delicious! My husband came home after a hard, cold September day to his home smelling like (his words) "heaven". Even the picky 3 year old loved this. Perfect with some cornbread! Yum! I'll make this again and again!

It was quick, easy, and my family LOVED it. I subed 1 can of the cream o' cel for cream of chick. Worked out VERY well. I also zinged it up a bit with some garlic powder.

Guy Approved Meatloaf

Reviewed: Apr. 25, 2001
The cooking time was off for my oven, so the bottom of the meatloaf burned. I would DEFINATELY make this recipe again. Everyone loved it, even my EXTREMELY picky 4-year old son.

Cuban Pork Roast I

Reviewed: Apr. 19, 2001
My entire family LOVED this, (including my 4-year-old!) Overall, it was a cinch to make. The only problem is the marinating time, (12-24 hours). Also, the left-overs made wonderful sandwiches the next day.
