Steakhouse Wheat Bread for the Bread Machine

Lentil Soup

I thought it tasted a little "sweet" - maybe I will omit the carrots next time. Really good texture and everyone else seemed to really like it. I did double the spices.

Costas French Market Doughnuts (Beignets)

Really good! We ate the first time and they were very light and fluffy then a couple of days later we fried up the rest of them (this recipe makes a LOT!) and they were a little more dense. They were good both ways!

Quick and Easy Pizza Crust

Truly quick and easy! I usually double the recipe, and even if I let it sit longer and raise a little it is still great. I do often have to add a little more flour - maybe my flour, the weather, etc.
