Tea Biscuits

We have always wanted to try to make our own Dark Chocolate Digestive Biscuits and these turned out good, we kept very close to the recipe and give 4 stars, we will now try again and play a bit with the ingredients, a shorter cooking time, and we are sure we can give 5 star Rating.

Arrowroot Biscuits

Excellent!Very easy & quick, a great biscuit to make very good for beginners like us! on our second try we put only 1-3rd cup sugar with a touch of honey,and made 18 at 2-1/2ins, turned out just great.Brian & Orawan Thailand.

Fruit 'N' Nut Bars

Our first try at any type of bar, they turned out great, better than we could hope for, we made just 9 servings, but plan to make more next time,and will try different nuts to suit our taste, a very good recipe.so top ratings from Thailand. Brian & Orawan

Big Soft Ginger Cookies

Our very first success!really great recipe,Big & Soft,kept to the recipe but used O/J for water and Honey for molasses. Will try to spice them up a little more next time. we now look forward to trying other recipes. we only have a very small mobile oven 12 cookies a time!!
