Bread Machine Pizza Dough

This was my first pizza dough I made in my new bread machine. I didn't have any beer since we don't drink and didn't feel like running to the liquor store with my 3 girls (all 4 years and younger). So I decided to use a can of generic Cream Soda I had in the fridge. I stirred it up for a while to remove the carbonation and threw it all in the machine as instructed (also added garlic powder and dried basil). I followed advice of another reviewer and baked crust alone for about 5 minutes then added toppings and finished baking for about 15 additional minutes. The crust's texture was excellent, the flavor was very good although I could taste the cream soda a little. I will definitely make again but with beer next time! Make this, you will love it! (Oh and it makes one thick crust pizza the size of a normal round Pizza stone)

Aunt Kate's Strawberry Cake

This was delicious! However, I would double it and make two round cake pans, this didn't indicate what type of cake pan to use, it only makes one round fyi!

French Baguettes

This bread was delicious! My first time making a french bread, advice for first timers: when you roll out the dough, get it right the first time because you can just squish it back into a ball and reroll it, it won't stretch out the same as when you do it the first time. Awesome bread, making again today.

Whole Wheat Honey Bread

This was the very first bread I made in my new Bread Machine. I screwed up at least 3 things while making this. (Didn't have any powdered milk so I added another 1/2 Tbsp. butter, forgot to make sure liquid was at correct temperature, and baked it on speed cycle which isn't recommended for 100% whole wheat bread, oh yeah and I also added additional yeast during the first kneading cycle since I changed to the speed cycle after it had already begun) All that said and it still turned out delicious, my 2 year old daughter who doesn't eat bread literally asked for several pieces. Really delicious!
