I don't cook much because my family is soo picky. My husband will not eat onions, peppers, raw tomatoes , cocnut, garlic, cilantro, mushrooms, and several other vegetables. So I am trying to find veggies that he will eat, and other ways to prepare the veggies that he does not like to where he will like them besides deep frying them.
My favorite things to cook
Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, Green Chicken, roast, and chili.

Cheese Creaps, thumbprint cookies and spegetti caserole.
My cooking triumphs
Verd Pollo (Green Chicken) Thank you to all my hispanic friends that have helped me prefect this. My whole family loves this now (they use to not touch it.)
My cooking tragedies
My total tragedy was my first attempt of gravy. Milk anyone?
I have learned that mixing cornstarch with a little bit of hot liquid in a sealed container is not the best way to add cornstarch as a thickening agent.
