Bella's Brussels Sprouts with Bacon

Absolutely loved it but I can't have balsamic vinegar or garlic so I just used red wine vinegar and it was delicious! Thanks for the recipe!

Spinach Chicken Parmesan

Reviewed: Jun. 26, 2011
My family loved this recipe. I had been looking for something with chicken and spinach (very abundent in our garden) and this was just the dish! I omitted the green onions as I didn't have any, we don't eat pimentos, so didn't add those. I took another reader's suggestion and roasted up some mushrooms and added those in....voila - so delicious. I served with roasted potatoe wedges, but think next time I make this - it will be with a pasta! Thanks for the recipe!

Chicken Pot Pie VIII

Reviewed: Sep. 17, 2009
I made this last night, but did use premade pie crusts. It was delicious and my uncle was over for lunch today and said it was awesome! Thanks for this recipe - it was quite easy to make. I did use chicken breasts, fresh, cut them up and then added as instructed. I perhaps used too much chicken broth as I wasn't sure what the consistency should have been so when we cut into it, a lot spilled out, but it was so tasty and good, I am not complaining. I did however, precook my potatoes and carrots, highly recommend this as even with the precooking, the potatoes were still a bit firm at the end. No biggie though. Fantastic recipe - highly recommend!!

Jammin' Tarheel Chili

Reviewed: Sep. 11, 2009
I am not a chili fan, my family is, so I made this recipe. I couldn't find chili beans so I used the beans they use for refried beans, and kidney beans. My chili for some reason wasn't as thick as I hoped it would be, but it was good and my hubby loved the kick this chili had!

Honey Corn Bread

Reviewed: Sep. 11, 2009
I made this last night along with some chili. I loved the ease of this recipe! I made a few changes, reduced the amount of sugar, unintentionally ran out of honey so used a little bit of corn syrup and only used 1 tsp of vanilla. Turned out wonderful! I cooked mine in muffin tins, took only 20 minutes and were so moist and had perfect color! I loved them, just wish my family was as in love as I was, next time to appease them I will leave out the corn, but great, easy recipe!

Teena's Spicy Pesto Chicken and Pasta

Reviewed: Oct. 25, 2008
I made this tonight, didn't have the type of pasta it called for but used corkscrew pasta, and it was a hit. The family came running wondering what the smell was and I had to double the recipe,...well there isn't much left! Thanks for this recipe!
