Marinated Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed: Nov. 7, 2005
I must admit, I was skeptical, but this was the best pork tenderloin I've ever tasted. I didn't have any sherry on hand so I just used some white zinfandel. Also, I didn't have the minced onion so I used onion powder plus I used about a teas. of garlic powder instead of just a pinch since I love garlic. This pork tenderloin was so flavorful and tender. I will definitely make this again.

Awesome and Easy Creamy Corn Casserole

Love this recipe. I've made it twice now. I made it Thanksgiving and received several compliments...even the next day. I was asked for the recipe.

Rhubarb Cream Pie

Reviewed: Aug. 4, 2003
I changed this recipe just a little and it turned out great. Instead of 4 cups of rhubarb, I used 2 cups rhubarb and 2 cups sliced strawberries. After 50 minutes the pie was nice and brown and looked done so I took it out of the oven and cooled for 1 hour and 20 minutes. When I cut into it, it was still liquid inside. I had no choice but to throw it back into the oven to try and salvage it. I baked it for 30 more minutes and much to my surprise it was still wonderful. Next time I will bake it for at least 60 minutes no matter how brown it looks. Also, this fit perfectly into a deep dish 9" pan, although it came right to the top.

Aunt Blanche's Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Sep. 11, 2002
Although these muffins were very good, they were definately cakelike. I just prefer my muffins to be like muffins. Since these were more cakelike than muffinlike, I probably won't make them again.

I personally thought these were disgusting. However, several people at my bbq liked them very much.

White Chili I

Reviewed: Jul. 16, 2002
The chili had a good flavor but this still isn't the recipe I'm looking for. I'm looking for a thicker, creamier white chili like the one I found at a local tea room. I thought this chili had too much chicken in it.

Beef Tips and Noodles

Reviewed: Apr. 22, 2002
This was excellent. I will definitely make this again. I used 1.5 lbs of sirloin for this receipe and used a little meat tenderizer just to make sure the beef would be tender. It was. After it was done baking, I used a little cornstarch to thicken the gravy. I only prepared 8 oz. of the noodles but still had more than we needed.

Baked Dijon Salmon

Reviewed: Dec. 6, 2001
This was fantastic! I will definitely make it again. Also, I baked the salmon for 20 minutes instead of 15. I like it a little more done.

Campfire Green Beans

Reviewed: Apr. 16, 2001
My family loved these green beans. My niece said these were the best green beans she'd ever eaten. Refrigerating them overnight and heating them up the next day really heightened the flavor. I'll definitely make them again.
