3 grown kids, 2 grown step kids. Wonderful husband who loves me to cook for him and is a great grilled sandwhich maker himself.

Anything with "Layers of Flavors" for example Mexican Lasagna, Breaded chicken in a garlic, basil, wine and cheese sauce, finding new recipes that instantly become "old standbys" to my friends and family.

Supper after midnight mass.
