Angel Hair Pasta with Shrimp and Basil

This is an absolute wonderful recipe with some tweaks. I made this for a function at church - a women's banquet. I tripled the recipe and made some changes. I used extra garlic, parsley, and basil - even after tripling. I used 3 bags of frozen large uncooked shrimp, not quite so many canned tomatoes - I believe I used 4 cans even after tripling, omitted the dry wine (didn't have any), added some chopped roma tomatoes, fresh mushrooms, and added some heavy whipping cream (2 small containers). I grated some fresh parmesan for the top. The dish looked so ellegent and everyone raved about it. I've got to make it again this Saturday night for a pastor's conference. I am going to do one LARGE dish with shrimp, and the other one with chicken. YUMMY!!!!!

Ramen Coleslaw

I have been making this recipe for years. I guess you could say it's the one constant thing I bring to get-togethers. It is always being requested that I bring it on holiday occassions. It's different and definately addictive.

Creamy Cheesecake

Everyone seemed to like the cheesecake. Next time I will not add the lemon. Also, I blended the mixture for at least 10 minutes as other reviewers had suggested. The recipe still didn't come out as dense as what cheesecake normally does. Maybe that's why it's called "creamy" cheesecake. I topped mine with some blueberry topping. It reminded me of a blueberry cream pie.

I doubled this recipe and made them for my son's birthday party. Everyone loved them. I didn't have any red wine vinegar, so I left it out. They were delicious!!
