Baked Sweet Potato Sticks

Thanks for this. Simple and easy for the single guy. I didn't have paprika and wound up using garam masala, an Indian spice mix. They came out really well.

Somwehere between 4 and 5. This came out great despite my little cheats here and there. Nothing too different. I just used already prepared ingredients in some cases. For example, canned organic pinto beans and already minced garlic in oil. I also like to use olive oil when browning onions. I added roasted red peppers and used crushed organic tomatoes where anything to do with tomatoes was called for. No tomato paste. Turned out awesome. Thanks for posting.

Red Lentil Curry

Just made this today and it came out great. Pretty much stuck to the recipe. Some fine details when referencing curries. For curry powder, identify mild or hot. I used a mild curry powder. For curry paste, you can use red, yellow or green. I used red and it worked out fine. Oh, yeah. I think what one person said about added chicken or tofu would be good as a variant, but otherwise good as is.
