Chicken Cordon Bleu II
I made this tonight. It was great! The only thing I did different, not as much chicken and when the chicken was simmering in the pan after frying, I added a small amount of chicken brother, just to ensure that it would not all cook away. My family loved it...definitely a keeper!

Hot German Potato Salad III
This is an amazing recipe...everyone in my family loves it. The only thing is that I make a lot more sauce so that the salad is moist and not dry. Instead of celery seed I use whole mustard seed. And, I never add flour.
