I am a software engineer by profession but am very much into cooking different cuisines. I especially love to try italian and indian cuisines. I love to bake and decorate cakes. am starting a custom cake shop of my own in Pune and have started taking decoration classes as well.

Flourless Chocolate Cake I
Love this one!!!!! its so smooth and yummy. just couldn't stop eating this one. Topped it with loads of chocolate mousse and it was heavenly!

White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies II
Excellent recipe! I didn't have white chocolate chips so just chopped the chocolate bar instead. Also, added Walnuts instead of Macademia nuts since these are not very easily available in India. Cookies turned out very good...loved by all! definitely will bake more of them.

Chocolate Cobbler
amazing dessert!! especially since it doesn't use eggs!! I topped the cobbler with some Vanilla Icecream and drizzled some Irish coffee Cream on top for a different flavour. Worth trying!
