very good! my very picky 10 year went back for thirds! I was in a pinch for time though and had to get the bird done ASAP - followed the recipe for the seasoning and put in pre-heated oven at 450 and it was done (by meat thermometer) in just under an hour -(just no drippings for gravy) still can wait to try the low and slow way too

very tasty, I had never made this before and it was a nice change, next time I would definitely saute the mushrooms as they weren't as flavorful as they could have been - even better the next day when things had a chance to come together
