I think this is a great cinnabon clone recipe but I do recommend mixing the cinnamon,butter and brown sugar together before spreading on the dough like another poster suggested. I also refrigerated mine overnight and baked it in the morning. Like another poster suggested I didn't set it out to rise I just put it in a cold oven at 350 and baked for 25 min. They turned out great. This will be my go to recipe for now on.

Grilled Brown Sugar Pork Chops

They were pretty darn yummy.I did only 2 things differently. 1: I didn't grill it. 2: I used olive oil in place of vegetable oil.

Alaska Salmon Bake with Pecan Crunch Coating

Sweet, Sticky and Spicy Chicken

awesome! We loved it. We used a chipotle hot sauce. And about half the ginger because I was having some trouble chopping it really finely.

Bake Sale Lemon Bars

This recipe was a hit at our house. It had a nice flavor and texture. It is sweet but that is a preference issue not a quality issue. We had to make an adjustment on the lemon juice because we only had an 1/8 c. of it so we added some lemon extract and water to make 1/4 c. Still it came out very tasty. I will use this recipe again.

Burger or Hot Dog Buns

These are the best hamburger buns I have ever made! They came out light and fluffy and they taste great. This will be the recipe I reach for every time. I did use bread flour instead of all purpose flour and I had to add a little more flour than it called for. Other than that I made it just as the recipe said.

Overnight Apple Cinnamon French Toast

This was a big hit at my house! I didn't use all of the egg mixture. I used just enough to soak the bread. I used homemade apple pie filling and homemade french bread. Like I said it was a real hit at our house. And mine cooked up perfect in 60 min.
