It was just a good everyday type dinner. Only things I did different was used about a 1/2 lb less meat and only used pork sausage. I also used only about 2 cups of cabbage. This meal is affordable too.

Hunter's Venison Casserole

This is really good. My husband and I are new to venison and are a little wary of eating it but this was a delicious recipe. Followed exactly except added a bit of cayenne. Thanks for sharing

Cheapskate Stew

It wasn't good. It had no flavor. I had to add so many herbs, seasonings and cheeses just to make it edible.

Zucchini Bread IV

My friend and I both followed the recipe exactly (or so we thought) and it just came out way too dense and somewhat tasteless. Others liked it but I have tried too many zucchini bread recipes to think this was anything special.

Frosted Cocoa Cookies

Simple cake like textured cookies...that is, until you add the frosting and then they are soooo good. Nice and soft. Made 1/2 a batch and got 2 dozen cookies. Be careful not to overdue the almond if making a 1/2 batch like I did.
