Salisbury Steak

This recipe was so good my husband almost fell out of his chair. I changed the recipe a little. I used cream of mushroom soup b/c I couldn't find the soup that the recipe called for. I left out the mustard and salt and used a packet of Lipton Onion Soup mix. I also used Dale's Seasoning instead of the W sauce and added one small can of sliced mushrooms to the gravy. Also added more water to make more gravy. I will definately make this again and again.

Monkey Bread I

This was a lot of fun to make. My son enjoyed shaking the biscuits in the Ziploc bag with the sugar and cinnamon and placing them in the bundt pan. Clean up is a breeze. Just throw everything back into the Ziploc bag!

No Bake Cookies III

Spicy Grilled Shrimp

This made an awesome marinade from the shrimp I made the other nite. We broiled our shrimp on skewers and it was so very tasty!

Easy Meatloaf

I used this recipe for my first meatloaf. It was wonderful! I loved the glaze on top. No extra ketchup needed. Kudos to you!

Blackberry Cobbler

This batter made the cobbler cake like. It had a good taste, but it was not the texture I was looking for. I was looking for a crispier, flakier, texture.

Banana Nut Bread III

This recipe would have been enough for one of my glass loaf pans. I still split the recipe in half and made two really nice loaves of banana nut bread. The bread was moist and very good. I had to leave it in just a bit longer (about 10 minutes) on the loaf with more batter, but it was still very good.

I expected this to come out denser, like the kind Mom makes, but this was more like a true bread. it was still very good. We ate the whole loaf the evening we made it.
