Was OK. Breading came off pretty easy and was kind of soggy, and this was after I cooked for 10 on one side, 15 on other. Pork chop was just a tad over done, not bad though. Was hoping for s crispier crust.

Sausage Gravy

This is a very good simple recipe, but seasoning is wholly dependent on sausage used, which is fine, just make sure the stuff you use is good or it may be a bit blend. Always use local meat shop breakfast sausage and it comes out very good.

Easy Shake and Bake Chicken

Very good and simple recipe. I have made it with and without the butter. When I made it with the butter, it came out a bit soggy and greasy. I also used it with pork steaks and added a couple tsp of garlic powder, came out great! Thanks!

Easy Meatloaf

Absolutely perfect! So simple, I was astounded at how good it was. Only thing I changed was adding onion soup mix instead of chopped onion just to save me some time. Delicious!

Baked Potato Soup

Pretty good recipe, very filling. I had to hold some of the potatoes out because it was overflowing with potatoes when I doubled the recipe. The taste was great, wouldn't change anything except for that, like a little more broth with my soup.

Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs

I make this all the time now, especially for tailgating at football games. Everyone raves about it and wants me to make more! Sometimes I add garlic and substitute soy sauce for worchestire when I'm out.

Fresh Tomato Salsa

So simple, so good! This is the perfect base recipe to build upon, we just got a new food processor and whipped this up in a flash. Made an omlet with this and a bit of shredded cheddar, SO good and fresh tasting.
