Chocolate Cakes with Liquid Centers

Whipped lots of air into the egg mix and baked about 9 minutes. Felt like I was eating a chocolate marshmallow with a surprise filling! Oh and I also did half milk half bittersweet chocolate, came out not too rich with a hint of vanilla. This dessert was all about the texture and richness versus just the amount of sweetness. I'd love to experiment more with this recipe!

Zucchini Spice Cake

Very simple to make. Next time I will have to add some raisins. Some things I altered were the spices and applesauce, instead I just used a Tablespoon of pumpkin spice and 4 Tablespoons of butter.

Victoria Sponge Cake

Didn't rise and needs more sugar. I had to make a very sweet sauce to save this "sponge cake" and with the poor outcome I'm going to pass on this recipe all together.

Dark Chocolate Cake I

i used margarine, but it came out fine. and halved the recipe and still ended with two not-too-thin 9 inch cakes. filled it with whipped chocolate ganache and frosted it with a mint frosting. yum. my cake decorating teacher liked it!
