Slow Cooker Salisbury Steak

This recipe was great!! I made a small change because I do not eat red meat. I made this with ground turkey and used my electric frying pan. The only thing I would change is I would double the amount of sauce when making it this way so that it does not all cook down. I will be using this recipe more!!

Peach Curry Glazed Pork Chops

This was an awesome recipe. I did change it just a bit though to enhance the flavor a bit. I scored the pork chops and slowly fried them after braising them. I added the sauce and cooked everything together while turning constantly for 20 minutes (thick cut chops). They turned out so tender and flavorful. Will cook these over and over again. Thanks for such a wonderful addition to my cookbook!!

Turkey Pot Pie I

This is a great recipe. I used 3 cups of turkey, frozen mixed vegetables with the celery and onion and added extra pepper for taste. Also used chicken base instead of the bullion. Also made the pir crust and baked bottom for 10 minutes. This came out great. My family complained that there was not enough! We are a family of 7 so I guess I need to double it next time. Thanks for a great recipe that I will make over and over.

Smothered Bacon Chicken

My family LOVED this. I made it for 8 and changed it up a little bit. I used one large can of cream of mushroom soup and two 10.75 cans of cream of mushroom with garlic. We are a family who loves our garlic. This came out wonderful! Not too much garlic and not too little. I also bought 2 lbs thick bacon from the meat market and fried that up. Instead of wrapping the chicken I crumbled the bacon in with the soup mixture. I served this over mashed yukon gold and red potatoes. It was wonderful!!! Will make this many more times!!!!

Creamy Hot Cocoa

Wow, awesome, doubled it, we have 5 kids, but only put in about 1 cup + 2 tablespoons of sugar, and that was sweet enough. a nice touch to this was some homemade marshmallows to top it off.

This came out great, my family enjoyed it a lot. I added extra garlic and ginger into it though because other reviews had stated that the recipe needed it. It came out great!! Will use this recipe again and again!!
