Fish in Foil
My own stupidity, I should have realized the amount of salt in it. I scaled it for 6 servings and WOW it was nasty salty. I added the dill weed suggested by some and used a poblano instead of jalapeno. Very good recipe and a keeper with 1/4 the amount of salt.

Don't feel bad if you can't get fresh seafood. Not everyone lives on the coast. Substituted EV olive oil for butter, why butter for a Mediterranean dish? The only thing missing in this recipe is salt salt salt. Add 2 teaspoons of salt. It was bland until I added that. I cooked the broth for about 1 hour 15 minutes before adding the seafood.

Corn Yeast Rolls
If you're looking for a recipe similar to Pillsbury corn bread twists look no further. I have been searching for something like this for years. I did have to add 2 tablespoons melted margarine and 3 tablespoons milk. If you want a similar taste to the Pillsbury twists I'd recommend using melted butter instead of the oil and margarine. That'll be my next try!
