Teriyaki Pineapple Turkey Burgers

I made this with ground chicken and grated a little more fresh ginger to the patties and more teriyaki sauce. It was delicious!

Roast Pork with Citrus Molasses Au Jus

I had to modify this recipe because I had variations of the ingredients. I used thinly sliced pork chops, seasoned with a citrus seasoning mix from the grocery store. I used juice from some mandarins I had on hand, and used agave nectar instead of molasses. While the shallots were cooking I added a pinch or two of red peppers to kick it up a notch. Otherwise followed it to a T. Very delicious recipe! As a side I made soba noodles and after draining, added argula leaves and some of the citrus sauce. Thank you for this recipe!

Weeknight Lasagne Toss

I made the recipe to a T but found that the noodles were lacking in overall texture, would rather have the original lasagna noodles. The flavor was nice however so its still a great recipe!

Salsafied Chicken and Rice

Chicken Marsala

Perfect recipe! The changes I made were minor, as I let the mushrooms saute in 1 tbs of butter along with minced garlic, pepper, 1 tsp of soy sauce, and thyme for an extra 5 minutes. Other than that, just a wonderful recipe overall!

Blueberry Crisp II

I wanted more topping so I doubled it except used 1 cup flour, 1 cup Bisquick mix to give it more fluffiness and texture. Absolutely wonderful!

Taco Turkey Wraps

Potato and Cheese Pierogi

Yes the filling was great with sauteed onions and also was about 3x as much as the dough. It was my first time making them and my boyfriend loved them! I will make the circles bigger next time so there is more filling, I cant wait to try it again!

Honey-Garlic Glazed Meatballs

These meatballs are out of this world! I accidently used only 1lb of meat for this recipe but it actually turned out great! So gooey and quite appetizing. If I could give it more stars I would :)

Pasta e Olio

This recipe was ok, a bit bland for me, might of been better with spinach and bell pepper. I prefer this recipe chilled with a bit of mozzarella cheese sprinkled throughout. It just wasnt my favorite

Angel Hair Pasta with Peppers and Chicken

After reading some reviews I tweaked it a bit by mixing a bit of flour with cold water before adding to the chicken broth so to thicken it up a bit. Also seasoned the chicken to give it more flavor. Was light and perfect for an evening meal!

Gyros Burgers

I followed the recipe except that I didnt put the meat mixture in the food processor before putting into a loaf pan. For some reason, the meat was super greasy and fell apart when slicing. Maybe next time I will just make thin patties and throw them on my george. Other than that, with adding tazikiki sauce and onion, it was fabulous! Will make again

I also added minced garlic, but also added a splash of Worcestershire's sauce and some extra hot horseradish. Lovely meal with the grilled pineapple slices!
