Barbecue Chicken Casserole

Seemed like dinner seperates put together for a casserole recipe. It was good but didn't hit me as a hearty casserole that could handle being the main dish.

Delicious! I love sweeter salads and found this one on par with my taste preferences. I followed a suggestion to add the oil slowly and the dressing combined nicely. Thanks--great alternative to craisens/white cheese/walnuts/green apple salad.

The topping is a must! It makes the whole muffin! I tried this recipe and omitted the topping....tasted like a box mix. The topping makes it bakery quality.

Baked Honey Mustard Chicken

Chicken was very moist. I made it with chicken tenders instead of breasts because it was what I had in my freezer. The butter/water mixture drowned the chicken tenders so the bread crumb topping was soaking wet...I was looking forward to the crispy--my own fault!
