Easy Granola Bars

Reviewed: Jun. 4, 2008
delicious!! i had some trouble getting it out of the pan post-oven though. i used non-stick cooking spray to coat the 9x13 pan, but half of the mix came out and half stuck to the bottom of the pan. i think i'll either cook them longer (they were in 23 min) or let them sit longer than 5 min before trying to get them out and cut them. i also used fat free sweent and condensed milk...they were yummy! (not sure if that was my problem though...) however, my husband liked the chunks of granola enough to ask for them again though!!

Chantal's New York Cheesecake

Reviewed: Jun. 3, 2008
holy toast, this was amazing!! i made it upon request from my hubby for his brithday in lieu of a traditional cake. i didn't make any changes and it was sooooo good! i made it mid-day and left it in the oven about 5 hours. it was perfect for dessert! we topped it with raspberry pie filling...amazing, that's all i can say!!

fantastic!! super easy and really tasty! i threw in some chopped sun-dried tomatoes and artichoke hearts that i needed to use up and they made fabulous additions to a really great recipe. i'll definitely make this again!

Pork Tenderloin with Creamy Herb Sauce

Reviewed: Jun. 3, 2008
delicious! my husband raved about the creamy sauce. i thought it was a little strong, but still quite tasty! next time i think i'll cut the herbs down and use a teaspoon for each instead of a tablespoon. quick and easy for sure! great paired with garlic mashed potatoes and fresh steamed veggies!
