I served this with risotto and a salad of mixed greens, bleu cheese, toasted walnuts, and dried cranberries...I was trying to emulate my favorite dish from an italian restaurant where my fiance used to bartend.....it was even better than the real thing! I also used the red pepper sauce from the "Crab Cakes with Red Pepper Sauce" recipe on this site.
