Simple White Cake

I thought this was a great simple white cake :) I did add the extra 1/4 cup of milk,beat the butter and sugar for 9 minutes, sifted the dry ingredients 2 times, and mixed each step for about 2-3 minutes and it turned out great.

Finnish Kropser (Baked Pancakes)

SOOOOO GOOOD! I haven't been able to find a homeaide pancake recipe that I like, so I decided to try something new and I went with this recipe and man am I glad I did! I took the suggestions from other reviewers and baked it at 400 for 40 minutes and it turned out perfect :) Thanks for a great recipe, it is going to be hard to make regular pancakes from here on out, lol.

Tater Tot Casserole III

Fudge Brownies I

The only thing I didn't have was the nuts, but other than that I stuck to the recipe, and it turned out wonderful!! Thanks for such a great brownie recipe, I will be using this from now on :)

Beat and Bake Orange Cake

I would give it more stars if I could. OMG, it was so good. The frosting was to die for! I did add more orange zest to it than it called for though:) For the cake I used splenda instead of sugar and no one seemed to notice. Out of the 10 deserts at our easter celebration, it was the only one without a crub left. Thanks for such a good recipe!

Yum, Yum, Yum! I wanted to make something special for breakfast Christmas morning and decided on this recipe and am I glad I did. Everyone loved it, even my husband who was worried it was going to be like bread pudding, which he hates. So good, don’t change anything. Thanks much!

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

Turned out great, we made them over the holidays with my family and everyone said they were really good. I wouldn’t change anything. I did not have any trouble rolling them out. The idea about the wax paper from someone else was a great idea; however I found that the wax paper would smoke a lot in the oven.

I love balsamic vinegar and I did not care for this one bit. I made the recipe verbatim and it didn't turn out. Maybe with a little tweaking it could be better, but I am not wasting my time. Thanks, but no thanks.

Amazing Italian Lemon Butter Chicken

SO, SO , SO GOOD! I made this the other night with my husband for dinner and although we did not have the exact ingredients on hand, it turned out great. I did not have wine or capers so I used chicken broth and peas. I would have definitely preferred the capers, but the peas worked well too. My husband was a little concerned with the amount of butter, but it turned out perfectly! I can’t wait to make it again with the wine and capers, thanks so much!

Glazed Meatloaf I

So good! Just the right combination of ingredients and the glaze was just perfect. The only thing I did different was to serve it with a sauce made of tomato soup, 2 tablespoons of the drippings, and ¼ cup of water. You just heat it through and serve it on top of the meatloaf and mashed potatoes. It is an old family tradition I can’t do without. Thanks for a great recipe!

Apple Crisp II

LOVED IT! I halved the recipe the other night for my family of 4 and it was just enough and I even had a little late night snack. It did seem a little runny, but after it set up for a few minutes it thickened up. Thanks for a good recipe.
