Ash-e-jow (Iranian/Persian Barley Soup)
Different but very good. I did add some red lentils and extra parsley.

Dad's Cookies
The dough seems very oily and I will try cutting back to 2/3 cup next time. I followed the suggestion of previous reviews and toasted the oats and coconut. I make some with and some with out chocolate chips. Both are very good.

Tuscan Soup
yum! Just the right amount of kick. I doubled the evaporated milk but otherwise followed the recipe.
