Excellent! I made it with decaf coffee and it was delicious, but would have been great without the coffee as well.

Very yummy! I couldn't find "Genoa" salami, so I used Oscar Meyer "Hard Salami" for sandwiches and it was delicious.

Party Pinwheels

Very yummy! I left out the celery and did not add all of the dressing mix. I think it would have been a little too salty.

Quiche Lorraine I

Reviewed: Sep. 4, 2008
Very good recipe! I didn't have time to cook the shell fully before adding the ingredients. I cooked it for about 5 min at 375. I needed it to cook quickly so I didn't have time for 1 1/2 c. of milk to evaporate. So I put in a total of 6 eggs and only 1/2c. milk. It cooked completely in 35 min. at 375. Will definitely do that again next time, worked great!

A-Maize-ing Corn Chowder

Very good. I like that it's simple to make. Used 1 1/2 c. milk and 1/2c. half and half. I love creamy soups and will probably use 1c. milk and 1c. heavy whipping cream next time.

I sauted the onion and increased the salt to 1 tsp., the white pepper to 1/2 tsp., added 1/4 tsp. Rosemary, 1/2 tsp. Savory, and 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese. Yum yum!! Will make again! baked for 40 min, still somewhat watery, but just use a slotted spoon to serve.

My mother got a recipe like this from a friend and used it for years. I'll never go through all the work of conventional pie crusts again. This works great every time!
