I graduated from Western Culinary Institute in 1994. I have worked in restaurants, private dining and catering since graduation.
I believe there is a place for the elegant, haute cuisine and the casual diner food. I can appreciate greatness in any style.

I have cooked so many wonderful dishes I could never come up with only a few favorites. I love many different ethnic cuisines. I love the high-end fine dining cuisine and the down-home old-fashioned food my grandmother would make--and everything in between.
My favorite family cooking traditions
My family is from Alabama and Georgia so even though my culinary training is classical French, my heart is still in the Deep South.
