Good Old Fashioned Pancakes

These are absolutely AMAZING. THE best homemade pancakes I've ever made. In fact, the first time I made these, I made them cup for cup with gluten free flour and added a teaspoon of xantham gum, and it was STILL AMAZING! I was hesitant about all of the baking powder, but I see now how it makes the pancakes super fluffy. Good call on the melted butter + cold milk... it made the butter clump into small balls, and you can taste little bursts of buttery goodness in each bite. I will never need to buy pancake mix ever again. Thank you for posting!!!

Mediterranean Stuffed Chicken

The first time I made it, the chicken was too thick and didn't cook all the way. It was a bummer to put it back into the oven, but a mistake I will not repeat again! It's delicious and I always get great reviews :)
