My husband and I currently reside in Phoenix, AZ, but I am a true cajun at heart. I have learned many recipes and cooking techniques from family members and friends who, like me, are from New Orleans. My husband is a New Yorker, so certain foods presented a challenge at first due to different pallets. After a while, I learned to create recipes and cook to everyone's liking and I have been cooking and entertaining ever since.
My favorite things to cook
Gumbo, red beans & rice variations, seafood dishes, chicken breast dishes, stir fry's, Asian noodle dishes, Chicken chow mein salad, Taco salad, "breakfast for dinner dishes", spaghetti sauce and just about anything else.
