Perfect Pumpkin Pie

So simple and easy! I got so many compliments when I brought this to Thanksgiving dinner, and little did anyone know that this recipe is as easy as opening a couple cans and cracking open a couple of eggs!

White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies III

Reviewed: Apr. 9, 2009
I tried this recipe with just margarine, or half shortening and margarine and it turned out fine both times! I also went a little light on the nuts and a little heavier on the chocolate, but that's just personal preference.

Baked French Fries I

Reviewed: Feb. 24, 2009
This was an awesome recipe! It definitely doesn't take as long as the recipe calls for, but they were delicious! I use a wide variety of spices, but my favorites are garlic salt, cayenne pepper and parsley! Everyone who tries them loves them!

Special Buttercream Frosting

Reviewed: Jan. 21, 2009
This was really good. Nice and creamy. I didn't use whipping cream, but instead I used hazelnut coffee creamer and it gave it a different flavor. Next time I'm going to use vanilla flavored coffee creamer and leave out the extract, too!

Chewy Sugar Cookies

Reviewed: Jan. 21, 2009
These were delicious! I used real butter instead of margarine, but they were still sooo good. Just make sure they don't brown, and they'll stay nice and chewy.

Clone of a Cinnabon

Reviewed: Jan. 14, 2009
I'm still trying to figure out how to stop the cinnamon sugar mix from leaking out of the cinnamon buns, but even so they are sooo good. I eat 3 (in one sitting) every time I make them. Once, I burned myself making these, but it was totally worth it.

Dry Ranch Style Seasoning for Dip or Dressing

Reviewed: Jan. 14, 2009
Not quite ranch, but good nonetheless. Next time I'm going to use kosher instead of seasoned salt, and I'm going to try adding dill weed, as someone suggested.

Deep Fried Oreos®

Reviewed: Jan. 14, 2009
I was surprised how fast these cooked. It really only took me like 30 seconds on each side, but they were still soft and warm inside. Delicious!
