This is a great soup and a good way - other than the ordinary - to use that leftover turkey. I made a few small changes. Instead of the can of tomatoes and the Roma tomatoes that the recipe called for, I used two cans of original Rotel tomatoes. Since the Rotel had the chilies already in it, I omitted the green chilies that the recipe called for. I also used about a tablespoon of fresh cilantro chopped up rather than the dry cilantro. This was great served with Monterey Jack cheese. I also used crushed up tortilla chips like crackers. Will definitely use this recipe again with leftover turkey.

This was delicious with a really great flavor. The only thing I did differently was to use 1/2 tsp of onion salt since I didn't have any onion powder on hand. I then didn't use the 1/4 tsp of salt. The only thing I would do differently next time is to perhaps use more stuffing on the top. All in all - Great recipe and great way to use up those leftovers!

This Con Queso has an excellent flavor and is definitely a recipe that I will make again and again. I did make a few modifications. I don't know that the were necessarily needed but it's still yummy with them. I used the whole can of chili. I used 1 Tbs of chili powder. I also chopped up 10-15 pickled jalapenos and added to this sauce plus about 1/4 cup of the jalapeno juice. I added 4 oz of canned chilies. I had also just minced some fresh garlic for another recipe and had about one clove left over so I just threw it in too. I like spicy so I would probably spice it up a little more for just me, but I'm taking it to a family dinner tomorrow and can't get carried away. A+ in my opinion. These ingredients together create a very tasty dip!
