Roasted Herb Chicken and Potatoes
I didn't have any rosemary so I substituted thyme and will probably do that again since it tasted perfect! The smell in our house while the chicken baked was absolutely awesome. Once the turkey was finished it was beautiful and tasted perfect!

Cheese and Bacon Potato Rounds
These are surprisingly good. I burnt my bacon so ended up using bacon bits as a back up and I think I will just do this in the future because it was so easy and good. Everyone raved about them. I also forgot to put the green onions on -- which I will try to remember to add next time...but their absence did not detract.

Buttery Soft Pretzels
Great! A couple important things. Use the top rack of your oven and try baking at about 400 instead of the recommended temp. Also, when rolling out the strips -- try to make them as thin as possible. You really can't get them too thin. When I did my first batch they were thick enough that they almost tasted like a dinner roll rather than a pretzel -- but when I made them thinner -- well, they were FANTASTIC. Also, try the Beer Cheese Pretzel and Dip (dip only, obviously) that is on this site as well. They go great together.
