Paul's Pumpkin Bars
I made this twice and enjoyed it thoroughly both times. Both times I put it in a 9x13 afraid that the jelly roll pan would be to small. The texture of this is more of a cake then a bar. I don't think that using a jelly roll pan would change the texture to much. The cream cheese frosting I made as is, then I tasted it and decided to add the rest of the cream cheese for a total of 8oz as well as some extra vanilla (yum). The frosting was delicious!! For experimental purposes I would try using applesauce instead of the oil and in lieu of all white flour I would try using whole wheat flour. Thank you for the recipe, it is very tasty.

Roasted Brussels Sprouts
I too was skeptical but they were delicious. So easy and simple. Will be making these frequently.

Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies
Followed this recipe EXACTLY as written and they were not dry, flat or hard. They were a soft chewy cookie.
