Chantal's New York Cheesecake

Had to double the butter for the crust or it wasn't going to hold together, crust definitely needs some sugar, as written is very bland!! The cheesecake part was pretty good, very creamy and thick.

Greek Pasta Salad with Shrimp, Tomatoes, Zucchini, Peppers, and Feta

Great salad!! I took this to a family reunion and it got great reviews. We made it without the shrimp and it was still great.

Maple Glazed Chicken with Sweet Potatoes

Very good, I didn't have steak seasoning so I used a Caribbean Jerk seasoning. My husband really liked the glaze. Super easy and quick, we will be making this again!
