Beer Margaritas
When I was choosing a new cocktail recipe to make for dinner last night, I immediately went past this one. Not a particular fan of regular margaritas, prefer the fruity variety. However, it was for date night with hubby and he likes traditional margaritas, so I backed up and decided to try it since it had such a complimentary rating. It was absolutely SUPERB!! After one sip, we both agreed that it was restaurant grade stuff! We did use Sprite instead of water, as suggested by another reviewer. Perfection and you couldn't taste the beer as I was concerned about that. Will make this again and again! Thanks for posting!

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips
Love this recipe! My kids request this recipe when friends come over. We have used many variations with the fruit, depending on what we have on hand. Pineapples and mandarin oranges have been good additions for my family's taste. I don't usually add the sugar. It's plenty sweet with the natural sugars from the fruit. And i've tried it without the preserves and it's STILL GREAT!! I don't think you can mess up this recipe. Thanks so much for this post!!

Louisiana Shrimp Casserole
My husband and I tried this recipe and loved it. We made a few changes recommended: cooked rice in chicken broth vs. water, added celery and onion (chopped fine), salt/pepper/creole seasoning to taste. We boiled fresh broccoli flowerets for about ten minutes (so still crisp) and added it as well. As mentioned by other reviewers, we used cream of mushroom soup. With these additions, it was WONDERFUL!! Will definitely make this again. Thanks for this recipe!
