I had 9 chops so I used a 10 ¾ oz can of chicken broth and about a ½ can of water (enough to rinse out the can). I did not have poultry seasoning so I used 2 1/4 teaspoon sage, 3/4 teaspoon thyme, and 1/4 teaspoon marjoram. I did not use basil since I did not have any. I cooked on high for 4 hours. The house smelled great while this was cooking; however, the chops seemed dry and flavorless. The “sauce” never thickened up so my boyfriend used ketchup for flavor and moisture. Giving this a 3 only because my boyfriend said he would eat it again.
