About this Cook
I am not much of a cook. When I do try to make something I usually end up calling my mother or sister (a chef) for help.
My favorite things to cook
Anything I can throw in the crock pot and forget about.

Meatball Nirvana
I am rating this a 4 only because the heat level was a bit much for us; however, cutting back on the red pepper and eliminating the hot sauce makes these the best meatballs. Very flavorful.

Cream Cheese Steak Stroganoff
It was on the tart/sour side, not sure if I would use the lemon juice again.

Slow Cooker Pork Chops II
I had 9 chops so I used a 10 ¾ oz can of chicken broth and about a ½ can of water (enough to rinse out the can). I did not have poultry seasoning so I used 2 1/4 teaspoon sage, 3/4 teaspoon thyme, and 1/4 teaspoon marjoram. I did not use basil since I did not have any. I cooked on high for 4 hours. The house smelled great while this was cooking; however, the chops seemed dry and flavorless. The “sauce” never thickened up so my boyfriend used ketchup for flavor and moisture. Giving this a 3 only because my boyfriend said he would eat it again.
