We have been using Jones All Natural frozen sausage, which wasn't bad and seemed healthier than all other processed sausages, but these were amazing - so much better. The only thing I cut back on was the brown sugar - only 2 tsp since we're trying to do the "no white flour / no sugar" diet. NOW the test will be - how will they do cooked and then frozen? There's no time to cook them during the week, so I cooked all today and will freeze and try heating them up in the microwave.
