Had been intrigued by the idea of deep-dish pizza ever since I heard about it. I used the dough recipe for Chicago deep-dish pizza, which normally calls for yellow cornmeal. Then, topped it according to my preference e.g. using green pepper, pepperoni, mozzarella cheese, tomato sauce, olives and pineapples. Not happy with the result though because of my own mistakes during baking. (As you can see, there're burned parts all over it.) I probably will try this again but with only half the dough recipe because it was way too much for me to consume ... and it was fattening!!!
